Ulnar Nerve, Hand Slider

Starting position:
Lie on your back with your shoulder abducted and externally rotated, your elbow flexed and palm facing down (pronated) with wrist deviated towards the thumb (radial deviation).

Assistant / therapist manually moves the limb from wrist extended and finger knuckles (MCP joint) flexed to wrist flexed and finger knuckles extended. Keep the other joints still. Alternate between these two positions.

The technique should be painless.
The movements should only be taken to the point where the patient begins to feel something.
