Ulnar nerve glide - neck SF with 4th and 5th digit extension ('Neurodynamics' Ulnar nerve - 4th and 5th digit extension/cervical side bending)

Stand up straight and hold your affected arm in front of you, palm facing up.
With your other hand, stretch your little finger and ring finger backwards.
Holding this position straighten your arm directly forwards, ensuring you keep a stretch in your fingers and wrist.
At the same time, keep your gaze ahead and tilt your head towards your unaffected shoulder.
Make sure you do not over stretch your symptoms.
Return to the starting position and repeat the stretch in one fluid motion.
