ULNT3 Ulnar nerve mobilization (slider)

Start sitting with arm raised out to the side, bend the elbow in towards your chest, bend wrist so that fingers move toward forearm.

Straighten elbow as you bend your wrist back.
Bend your elbow and move your wrist back to starting position.

The exercise should be performed painlessly. The movements are only taken to the point where you begin to feel something.
