Unidirectional dynamic balance gluteal activation in SLS - arabesque ("Hip hinge, single leg" Posterior chain strengthening, reaching with stick)

Stand up straight holding a stick in one hand to increase your reach.
Point the stick up towards the ceiling and stand on your opposite leg.
Gain your balance.
Hinge forward at the waist and fully extend your elevated leg out to the rear while reaching in front of you towards the floor with the stick.
Keep your back straight and do not allow your body to rotate.
Contract your buttock muscles and core to return to the starting position.
Regain your balance and repeat.
