Unilateral standing lumbar side flexion strength BR (Trunk side bending buoyancy resisted, with dumbbell float (unilateral), standing)
Stand up straight with the water at chest depth your feet shoulder width apart.
Hold a dumbbell float in your hand with both of your arms by your sides.
Keeping your body facing forwards and your arms straight, slowly slide your hand with the dumbbell down towards the floor along the outside of your leg.
Return to the start position.
