Unsupported standing from a frame (Balance, standing, with rolling walker - unsupported)
Stand up as straight as you can with both hands on the frame.
Make sure you weight is spread evenly between both legs.
Keep your gaze straight ahead and let go of the frame with one hand.
If you have your balance, let go with the other.
Try and keep your balance for as long as possible before returning your hands to the frame.
