Sit up straight in a chair.
Interlock your fingers and rotate your arms inwards so that palms face forwards. Bring your chin to your chest. Reach forwards with your hands, so that you can feel a stretch between your shoulder blades.
Reach your arms upwards. Follow your hands with your eyes and press your palms diagonally up towards the ceiling. Lean your upper body as far backwards as you can. Keep your shoulders down and relaxed. In a controlled manner return to starting position.
