Pregnancy upper back flexion stretch (Rhomboids/middle trapezius stretch, hands interlaced forward, sitting)

Sit upright on the edge of a supportive chair.
Clasp your hands together and stretch them out in front of your body.
Round your upper back and drop your head down between your arms.
Feel the stretch in your upper back between your shoulder blades.
Hold this position.
