Upper back rotation in crook lying (Upper trunk rotation AROM, arms crossed, supine)

Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.
Cross your arms over your chest and gently tighten your core muscles.

Using your upper body, turn to one side and then the other while keeping your head supported on a pillow, but allow your head and arms to follow the movement.
Keep your shoulders and neck muscles relaxed.
Continue to turn from one side to the other, ensuring to keep your tummy muscles activated.
