Upper trunk rotations in crook (Upper trunk rotation AROM, arms forward, supine)
Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.
Place your hands together and stretch your arms up towards the ceiling, as far as you can go.
Keeping your arms straight, rotate your upper body to one side leading with your arms.
Your knees should remain still with your lower back on the floor.
Hold the stretch.
Come back to the middle and repeat the same movement to the other side.
