Upright row with dumbbells (Wheelchair)
Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Hold a dumbbell weight in each hand resting on your lap.
When ready, lift your elbows towards the ceiling and take the dumbbells towards your chin.
Hold briefly before returning to the start position.
Repeat.
