Vertical cervical movement habituation in sitting ("VRT habituation" Nodding head up/down - progress time and speed, sitting)
Sit on a comfortable chair with your arms relaxed and resting on your knees.
Keep your shoulders relaxed whilst you slowly nod your head up and down.
Continue for as long as advised by your therapist.
With practice, increase the length of time you can tolerate this for.
Then try increasing your speed.
