ViPR overhead press ("Overhead press" Shoulder strengthening, with ViPR, standing)
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart holding the ViPR in the press position resting on your clavicles.
Contract your glutes and keep your stomach tight.
Press the weight overhead ensuring your arms are fully locked out.
Lower the ViPR back down to the starting position and repeat.
