Walk to 180 degree stop turn (Balance, walking forward, turning 180° - progression speed)

Stand up straight with a clear path in front of you.
Walk in a straight line at your normal speed.
Turn around 180 degrees and then stop, keeping your feet hip width apart and maintaining your balance.
As this becomes easier, try walking at a faster speed.
