Walking, stepping over objects (Balance, walking forward, stepping over objects)

Stand up straight with some objects laid out, evenly spaced on the floor in front of you.
Step over the first object, lifting your knee high.
Step the other leg over to join it.
Continue this sequence, stepping over all of the objects.
To increase the difficulty, you can step over the first object, and immediately step your other leg over the second.
