Walking alternate opposite knee to elbow (High knee walking, cross-body crunch, hands behind head)
Stand up straight and ensure there is a clear path ahead of you.
Move in a forward direction at a walking pace with your hands beside your head and your elbows out to the sides.
With each step, lift your knee high towards the sky whilst rotating at your torso to make contact with your opposite elbow.
Repeat on alternate sides with each step.
