Set up an obstacle course on the floor.
Stand in the beginning of the obstacle course with a ball on the floor in front of you.
Walk around the obstacles whilst kicking the ball in front of you.
Complete the course in a controlled and safe manner.

Required equipment: Abdominal roller, Step, Stick, Float - noodle, Toys, Ball - small
