Walking forwards and backwards with 180 degree turns - with pause

Begin standing in front of a clear open space, at least 8 paces long.
Walk forward for 4 steps, pause.
Turn your head and gaze to the right and then, starting the turn with your right foot, turn 180 degrees to your right.
Then walk backwards for 4 steps, pause.
Turn your head and gaze to the right and then, starting the turn with your right foot, turn 180 degrees to your right.
Then walk backwards for 4 steps, pause.
Turn your head and gaze to the left and then, starting the turn with your left foot, turn 180 degrees to your left.
Then walk forward for 4 steps, pause.
Turn your head and gaze to the left and then, starting the turn with your left foot, turn 180 degrees to your left.
Repeat this exercise as many times as instructed.
