Walking forwards with head tilt up for 3 steps, then back to centre for 3 steps
Begin by walking forward in a clear open space.
Tilt your head and gaze up whilst you continue to walk forwards for 3 steps.
Then bring your head and gaze back down to centre whilst you continue to walk forwards for 3 steps.
Continue this pattern of walking forwards with your head tilted up for 3 steps, then back to centre for 3 steps.
Repeat this pattern of exercise as many times as instructed.
