Walking lunge with a twist (Lunge, walking, with trunk rotation, toward front leg - alternate leading leg)

Stand up straight and check you have a clear space ahead of you.
Place your hands on your hips.
Take a large step forwards with one leg into a lunge position.
Gain your balance before rotating your torso towards your leading leg.
Step your legs back together in a forward motion.
Repeat with your other leg.
