Walking with speed change (Balance, walking forward, changing speed)

Stand up straight with a clear path in front of you.
Walk in a straight line at your normal speed.
Speed up to walk faster than normal.
Finally, walk slower than normal.
You can practice these three paces for the same number of steps, or for the same distance.
Repeat this exercise of walking at a normal speed, faster and then slower.
