Walking with VOR flexion/extension ("VRT balance" Nodding head up/down VOR x1 fixed gaze, walking; 01)
Stand up straight with a clear path in front of you.
Keep your eyes focused on an object within your eye line and slowly nod your head up and down.
Walk in a straight line, slightly slower than your normal speed toward this object.
Your eyes should not move from this object.
As you feel more confident, increase the speed of your head nodding.
