Wall hamstrings stretch (Hamstring stretch, forefoot against wall, half kneeling)
Start in a kneeling position on a towel.
Being your affected leg forward as you rest the toes against the wall with the knee straight.
Keeping your back straight lean your body towards the wall from the hips pushing your hands against the wall, you will feel this stretch down the back of the leg.
Hold this position.
