Wall Stretch - Quadriceps

Half kneeling with the knee and lower leg of the rear leg against a wall. A cushion/mat under the knee.

Move your buttocks towards the wall and straighten your upper body towards an upright position until you feel a stretch in the front of your hip and thigh.

Note: Tighten your buttocks and abdominals to keep the hip straight and lower back in neutral position.
