Water pouring ('ADL' Dining - pouring water into a glass)

Place two cups on a table in front of you, one half full of water.
Using your weaker hand, pick up the cup with water and pour it into the empty cup.
Use your other hand to stabilise the cup.
Aim to keep your shoulder relaxed and not hunched during the exercise.
