Weight shifting side-to-side with support

Stand facing a worktop with both hands flat on the worktop.
Press your hand slightly against the worktop.
Keep your head and shoulders still while you move your hips to the side.
Return to the starting position and continue moving your hips to the other side.
Feel how your weight moves from both feet over to one foot and back to the middle.
