Weighted push - "Power sled push"
Stand facing a large box and add more weight on top, if needed.
Place your hands on top and with your elbows slightly bent.
When ready, push the box along the floor.
To make this exercise more challenging you can increase the distance, the speed, or the weight of the push.
Required equipment: Weights, free, Kettlebell, Box (plyometric)
