Weighted vest single leg squat to bench – Adaptive
Stand with a bench close behind you and wear a weighted vest.
Have a wall or table close by for support if you need it.
Balance on your sound leg.
Keeping your heel on the floor, bend your knee, ensuring your knee travels directly forwards over your toes.
Squat down until your buttock touches the box.
Straighten back up fully, and repeat.
