Whole body neural flossing (Neural mobilization of whole body, bending forward in long sitting; 01)

Sit on the floor with your legs stretched out in front of you and toes pulled up.
Lean your body forwards over your legs until you feel a pull in the nerves, and stop at this point.
Drop your head down whilst simultaneously pointing your toes.
Then lift your head as you pull your toes back up towards you.
