Adjust the time, intensity, and frequency settings on the vibration platform as instructed by your therapist.
Stand on the vibration platform with its handles positioned to one of your sides.
When ready, balance on your affected leg and lift the other straight behind you.
Now, close your eyes.
Bend forwards at your hip so that your body moves towards your standing foot.
Your elevated leg should move backwards at the same rate, and your arms should reach forwards.
Ensure you keep your spine in neutral.
You may feel the back of your leg working hard, particularly on the way down.
Move at a steady rate and maintain your balance with your eyes closed throughout.
Hold briefly before slowly returning to the start position.
And repeat.
