Adjust the time, intensity, and frequency settings on the vibration platform as instructed by your therapist.
Stand on the vibration platform with your feet a shoulder’s width apart, hands resting on thighs. Place a small ball between your knees.
When ready, squeeze the ball and sit your buttocks backwards as if descending into a low chair.
Keep your knees facing forwards over your toes, and lift your arms in front of you for counterbalance.
Hold this position for the set duration, before returning to the start position by tensing your buttock muscles.
Repeat.
