Wide-leg step ups ("Step ups" Hip/knee extension strengthening - wide steps)

Stand in front of a stair or a step. Step on the outer side of the step with one leg and then step on the opposite side of the step with the other leg. Then return to the starting position. Repeat, starting with your opposite leg.
