Windscreen Wiper 1 (JEMS)

Start: Lie on your back with your knees bent. Your arm is at a 90-degree angle to your body. Position your elbow level with your shoulder. Your fingers point to the ceiling.
Movement: Keeping your shoulder relaxed and in contact with the floor, move your forearm back towards the floor, keeping your wrist straight.
Return: Maintain your shoulder contact with the floor and raise your forearm towards the ceiling again.
