Wobble board SLS with slash pipe lateral raise

Stand on one leg in the middle of a wobble board with the other foot raised off the floor.
Hold on to a slash pipe in each hand, arms down by your side.
Keeping your arms straight, palm pointed towards the floor, lift one arms up and out to the side until parallel with the floor.
Hold briefly, maintaining your balance, and then bring your arm back down to the starting position.
Repeat for the required number of repetitions.
