Wrist extensor stretch - version 2
Stand up straight.
Rotate the arm to be stretched inwards with elbow straight, palm turned outwards.
Cross your opposite forearm under and interlace the fingers with the other hand so that your palms are facing towards the ceiling.
Bend the wrist and pull the forearm inwards until you feel the stretching in your forearm.
Hold the stretch, then relax.
