Wrist Extensors Stretch with Forearm in Neutral

Start by standing or sitting, with your arm by your side and the elbow at a right angle. Keep your forearm in the neutral position (thumbs up, pinkie down) and your fingers and thumb relaxed and not in a fist.

Bend the wrist and assist the stretch with your other hand pressing through the back of the hand.
