Wrist flexion - with dumbell (Wrist flexion strengthening, with dumbbell, palm up, OKC)

Start in a seated position.
Grasp the dumbell in one hand with the palm facing up and rest that elbow on your knee.
Allow the wrist to relax in a fully extended position, then curl the wrist into a fully flexed position, keeping your elbow on your knee at all times.
Return to the relaxed position, and repeat.
