Wrist flexion with weight - version 2

Rest your forearm on your knee, holding a weight with your palm facing up.
Drop your wrist down then bend the wrist up, lifting the weight.
Control the movement back down to extend the wrist.
Keep your forearm in contact with your knee throughout this exercise.
