Wrist Flexors Strengthening

Kneeling in front of a bench and holding a weight bar with both hands. Forearms supported on the bench and palms upwards. Let the weight of the bar bend your wrists.

Bend your wrists and lift the bar upwards. Keep your forearms on the bench. In a controlled manner lower the bar back down.
