Wrist Isometric Strength with Forearm in Neutral - Forearm Pronation
Start by sitting at a table. Hold one end of a Therabar with your wrist in a neutral position. Support the other end of the Therabar against the table so that the Therabar is upright.
Maintain the neutral position of the wrist and forearm and move your arm outwards to bend the Therabar. Return to the starting position.
