Wrist Isometric Strength with Forearm in Neutral - Radial Deviation (Therabar)

Start by sitting at a table. Hold one end of a Therabar with your wrist in a neutral position. Support the other end of the Therabar against the table so that the Therabar is diagonally upright away from you.
Maintain the neutral position of the wrist and push the hand forwards. Return to the starting position.

Note. To increase the resistance, move the hand lower on the Therabar.
