Wrist radial deviation - palm down
Place your entire forearm flat on the table, palm side of hand and arm facing down. Move your hand as far as possible toward the thumb bending only at the wrist.
You may use your other arm to stabilize the affected forearm just below the elbow to keep the forearm from moving.
