Start by sitting at the table. Hold one end of a Therabar with your wrist in a neutral position. Support the other end of the Therabar and your elbow on the table. The Therabar is diagonally upright away from you.
Only by moving the wrist bend the Therabar upwards towards you. Maintain the neutral position in your wrist; straight line from elbow to thumb hack when looking from above. Return to the starting position.
