Wrist Volar Flexion (Version 2)

Sit with your lower arm supported by your thigh or by a table/couch. If you like, place a plastic cup in front of the palm of your hand.

Bend your wrist forwards keeping in contact with the table. If you are using a cup, try to move it with the fingers and the palm of your hand. Return to starting position.
