Box jumps - off ("Box jump down" Landing into a squat)

Stand on a box with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
Keeping your chest up, step off a box with one leg leading, keep your toes flexed towards the body.
Land softly in a squat position, stand and reset to the starting position.
