Y lift on a declined bench - with dumbbells

Lie facedown on a declined bench holding a pair of dumbbells.
Slide your shoulder blades back and down towards your buttocks.
Maintaining a Y shaped arm position, pull the weights upwards until your arms are parallel to your trunk.
Lower the weights back to the starting position.
